New military justice officials named in Venezuela

The Military Criminal Judicial Circuit was created by decision of the Full Court of the High Court on August 18, 2004, which shall be under the direction of the presiding judge of the Court Martial of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and functionally to the Commission Supreme Judicial Court, in order to guarantee the autonomy and independence of the judiciary, in accordance with Article 4 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and administratively to the Ministry of Defense, as provided in Article 310 of the Organic Law of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces.
