Transparency and memory in Brasilia

Brazil's Superior Military Tribunal is undertaking an important project to digitize and make available to the public the audio records of its proceedings during the military dictatorship period that began in 1964. The project will be a joint effort with the Brazilian Lawyers Institute, according to this report.
