Transparency watch

At what point should the name of a senior officer who is accused of serious sex crimes be made public? That question is presented in a current Israeli case,where a brigadier general's name is being withheld pending review by a higher court. The name of the complainant (a junior officer) is also being withheld. Details from Ha-aretz here.
