Objection to military trial of civilians in Venezuela

Prompted by a current case, Carmen Alicia Hernández Rodriguez writes here (in Spanish) about why civilians in Venezuela must not be tried in military courts.

Human Rights jurisprudence strongly disfavors the trial of civilians by military courts.
